We also know how to de-personalize your home, presenting it as a "blank slate" for the potential buyers, which will allow them to visualize themselves in the space.

Interior Decorating: Bungalow prides itself on its eclectic inventory of fine furniture and collectibles representing a variety of styles, from Craftsman to modern. We create a look and feel for each room in your home that is at once comfortable and inviting, but also simple enough to be suggestive to prospective buyers of how they can make it their own. Given our extensive experience in the vacation home rental business, we understand the delicate balance between "enough" and "too much," and know how to present a home with enough personality to lure buyers but not so much as to alienate them.

Landscaping: First impressions are extremely important in real estate, and that is why we believe that the exterior of the house is equally important as the interior. Our services go beyond "escrow flowers" to arranging for major or minor yard clean-up, as well as garden design and planting. We also make a point of "staging" exterior spaces using teak patio furniture, garden accessories, and potted plants.

Painting: A fresh coat of paint is one of the least expensive and most effective ways to update your home. We select colors that complement existing features of your home and create the perfect mood for each room. Our professional painters are meticulous in doing all of the necessary prep work on your walls to ensure that the paint job is of the highest quality.

Repairs & Upgrades: Whether your home was built in the turn-of-the-century or the year 2000, it is sure to require repairs and upgrades to get it ready for sale. We work with local home improvement professionals to do everything from installing dishwashers and countertops to refinishing hardwood floors. Our experience will help you determine which repairs and upgrades will deliver the highest return on investment.
